Red Dragon Sword.

Long time no update, been busy because examination next week.

I've done this because the time was too boring to make case studies.
Done in 1 hr and 30 min, this is my first time to paint with details in photoshop and pen. hehe...

It was a conceptual sword, made with ancient red dragon scales and bones. I used alibata to engraved my name on the side of the sword, Alibinu, still ancient filipino language have lack of other words that's why Alibinu instead of Alvin.

Blender Materials render testing for walls and 1 point light source using area lights.
Reflection on water and cubes. But the water looks like mercury. hehe :D

I tried basic composting nodes using RGB Curves that makes the image more clear and not too bright and not too dark.

Repainting digiPintura.

After many months passed focusing on my main blog, Siranikos' Box and other things too and I wasn't able to update digiPintura. But now I'm now repainting digipintura for more Blender artworks, animation and experiments. Separating my artworks from Siraniko's Box to here.

For my new post here I made a rocketship for my first ever animation video in Blender. It's has many mistake but still I showed to you.

After many months learning Blender, I was able to make animation video.



I used simple models, use particles, and toon shading for speed render.
It has 2,600 frames for a time of 1:44.

It has no storyline but yet has I had made a simple objective that I have to show this new year.

Euphoria VS Ragdoll




Ragdoll is the technology of making the CG animated characters to act like a dummy in the scene. The advantage is for example if you hit a character with a gun like in the game Counter Strike Source, the character you've been hit will fall down or basically a dummy when hit (you know what I'm saying).

Euphoria is more advance than ragdoll physics is more one of kind dummy with brains, you know what that means? It has it's own movements and reacts faster to the enviroment in short AI(Artificial Intelligence) is present.

One big breakthrough for game developers and animators in Animation, because DMS (Dynamic Motion Synthesis) technology is here. And making each character animation comes to realistic movements. No more hustle coding each movements, key-frame animation and motion animation.



Euphoria animation use the CPU to generate "on-the-fly" as the game played. Means that every character animation during gameplay easily response to euphoria in short more realistic movements.
